is there such thing as dark side of leadership? i’m not saying there is a bad side or bad thing in leadership. needless to say, there are these tyrants and bullies around. some say, potential tyrants and bullies have these following traits: impatience, arrogance, perfectionism, defensiveness, rigidity, bluntness, a large capacity for holding grudges, compulsive, narcissistic, paranoid, codependent and passive-aggressive traits. they are superficial and manipulative in a way. and this gives the leadership a dark side.

i also love the garden scents of Victoria’s Secret. Garden scent is the most popular scent. my niece would always say i smell like flower whenever i’m wearing one of their garden scent.
